How does sexual relationships affect students?

How do sexual relationships affect secondary students performance in schools?

Every student is eager to do well in his studies and despite that, Succeeding in school is a good step to success. Today we are here to talk about how sexual relationships affect students'  academic performance. It is an indisputable fact that romantic relationships with students greatly diminish their academic achievement. Sexual relationships affect student achievement in two ways namely Direct and indirect. Let's start with how romantic relationships affect DIRECT the student's academic success.

This affects direct and immediate the student's performance. These ways are as follow;

 1. Students waste time addressing the will.

A  student in a romantic relationship spends a lot of time alone, looking after his or her partner instead of spending time reading, the two spend more time reaching out to their partner instead of thinking about how to improve theirs.  performance.

 2. Sexual intercourse reduces or completely removes concentration.

The student spends a lot of time reaching out to his partner, love has the power to draw the attention of the person so the student is in a direct romantic relationship the mind is captured by love and so the student forgets his professional position and thus leading the student to do poorly academically or to fail altogether.

On the other hand, sexual relationship affects the student's performance indirectly as follows.

1 . It creates strong romantic feelings that capture the student's mind and cause him to lose focus in his studies.

When a student is in a romantic relationship it is a clear fact that romantic feelings will affect him or her and make his or her academic attention go down and finds himself or herself thinking only of his partner and the body emotionally will need sexual satisfaction and thus push the student to do everything possible to remove the situation and thus make the student do everything and finally forgets in studies focusing only on finding his or her lover.

2. Use of the phone.

There are so many things here. Love pushes the student to have a phone to maintain intimacy and relationship with his/ her partner. The student here finds himself/herself spending a lot of time chatting with his partner and thus leading them down professionally. Also here the phone will lead the student to use his phone to search for inappropriate things like looking at pornography and pornographic videos As a way to satisfy himself emotionally. Also as you know phones are not allowed for students under the age of 18, This is meant for primary and secondary school students at all levels. As a result, he is expelled from school and interrupts his studies.

3 . Love makes a student spend a lot of money to find his partner.

Here the student loses a lot of money to invest in girls, as it is clear that the girls also use this opportunity to solve their financial problems through the man who brings it so the student especially the male student is beaten here. Instead of buying books and study materials, he decides to invest in his girlfriend.

4 . Sexual relationships will Cultivate inappropriate behaviours.

such as a student not attending classes, a student escaping and going out of school wandering around expecting to see a woman.

5 . Sexual relationships with students lead to addictive immorality.

Because a student does not have much time to meet his partner, for example, those in boarding schools lead students to engage in immoral sexual behaviour, masturbation, and view pornography as a way to calm down but end up failing academically.

Love can also affect a student's professionalism in various fields as follows:

(i) psychological effects.

Here the student lacks self-control due to the mind being subjected to the enslavement of the strong emotions of wanting emotional satisfaction and thus leading to the mind being confused and incapable of deciding things using his mind.

(ii) Emotional effects.

Here the student becomes destructed physically due to the effect of strong feelings of sexual desire. So academically it loses a lot.

(iii) Healthy effects.

Here the student suffers from many health problems including sexually transmitted diseases, mental stress caused by sexual slavery, mental fatigue and addiction or the inability to control himself or herself completely on his physical feelings and thus academically collapses and his /her fate ends academically.

 (iv) Impact of pregnancy.

This is because girls drop out of school due to pregnancy. This has been a major problem for female students, many have ended their academic dreams. From primary school to Form Six, many girls have dropped out of school due to pregnancies which they call unexpected pregnancies. This has happened especially during the COVID-19 period when schools were temporarily closed. Thus pregnancy has had a very profound academic impact.

( v ) Mental exhaustion.

Sexual relationship leads to addiction or the inability to control oneself completely over his or her emotional feelings and thus academically collapses completely and his fate ends academically.
