Any advice for young people aspiring to be entrepreneurs is a desire and passion for successful entrepreneurs many young people in a very big way. The biggest challenge is the readiness and determination to do things entrepreneurially. The bold journey is full of traces, bumps and many corners that are easy to get discouraged. the teenagers to be disciplined, patient and more polite, as they move forward. Using shortcuts will not help you to understand or target goals. Every day I write to entrepreneurs in general. Except for today I, want to do something a little different. This article focuses on those young people who are considering becoming entrepreneurs. LEARN TO COMMIT YOURSELF.

Entrepreneurial life is not a slope. You can face a variety of challenges as you move toward success. Many get discouraged along the way because of this. Those who do not give up are those who can push themselves forward even if everything goes wrong. It is an ability to give yourself hope of success even if you have not discovered anything that day in your business. It can rise immediately after starting immediately after another. It is the ability to pull yourself together and move one step further even if you feel completely lost. Learn this and you will achieve your dreams no matter what is facing you.

LEARN TO SAVE.

Recently I was reading a picture article online quoting "Five lakhs is the money to buy 100 Heineken in duck plots, but the same five lakhs if you keep it you can go and invest in agriculture if you earn more money".I think the above sentence speaks well of one of the benefits of keeping money. One of the questions that changed the most was how to get the business capital. If you look at most of the big businesses today they started with the demands they got after saving money for salaries or many small businesses. Beyond that, you never know what tomorrow will bring. Having a good amount of savings can make your business more resilient in times of crisis.

LEARN TO SELL (SALES TECHNIQUES).

You cannot be a successful entrepreneur if you do not know the marketing techniques. Let me repeat it You cannot be a successful entrepreneur if you do not know the marketing techniques. From knowing how to receive customers to how to say goodbye to them to make products from you, sales techniques apply. This is something you have to start understanding early on such as becoming an entrepreneur. START BUILDING A NETWORK NETWORK.

Eighty per cent of the biggest jobs I've ever had in my life came from a network of people I built. My friends, my teachers, and my clients looked for me to go my way which can also be found naturally. A person with an opportunity will often find that opportunity in someone in his network. This is the whole world principle of success in entrepreneurship. The only task for you is to be part of a network of people who can help you to achieve more in your business.

WORK FOR LONG HOURS (8-10 hours per day).

If you are employed it is very easy to forget and assume the situation will continue to be the same when you focus on direct entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship does not have many working hours. You can work seven days a week. Especially in the early stages, it is very important to spend a lot of time spending on your business which is growing well. To prepare for this, it is best to start working long hours. If you are employed then work overtime. If you are a student then look for additional employment if the situation allows or extra time in your studies. This is to build more capacity to work hard so that you can get into entrepreneurship and not give up easily after seeing working hours and more.

 LEARN QUICKLY AND DO RESEARCH.

In recent years there is an English expression that has become very popular. This phrase says "Information is Power" and "Knowing something is Power".Every day you will hear successful people talking about how they saw the opportunity for a business venture. How do you think they saw the opportunity? Research. You will hear others say that after some time they added the product due to the demand for the product. How do you think they felt about that need? Research. You will hear them say they have managed to increase sales after using the self-promotion technique. How do they know how to advertise themselves in a way that can help? Research. Be a researcher to be aware of the important things that are going on in the area of ​​entrepreneurship and take advantage of opportunities to generate lasting income.

IDENTIFY WHAT THINGS YOU CAN DO WELL AND INVESTIGATE DIFFERENT TYPES OF BUSINESS.

You can't do everything. There are some things you are talented with or have become a professional after seeing for a long time. Identify your strengths and by doing so you can build your business with this ability so that you can be more powerful to succeed. As an entrepreneur, you may feel like it takes a decade to finally gain the respect of your colleagues.  And by the time you're ten years older, you may not be closer to success than you were before.  It's a fair assessment and a fear.  However, years go by whether you take risks or not.  This is how you can make your dreams come true too.

However, you don't want to leave your chances of winning the jackpot to chance.  Instead, empower yourself to be drawn to success like a magnet.  As?, Or what?  Incorporate these strategies into your work and personal life.

   1. Gain control of your mind.

   Writer and serial entrepreneur Mark Lachance talks about the idea that luck is a powerful force that you can harness in The Lucky Formula.  Luck is a tremendous asset when you are determined to succeed.  But as Lachance explains, this doesn't happen until you've mastered both your internal and external conditions.  I mainly want to focus on the first one.

  Too many founders let others have their say.  These people could be well-meaning opponents, as a spouse.  Or they could be jealous or mean, like an angry ex-colleague.  When you let others control your thoughts and feelings, you have fewer opportunities to make clear, pragmatic decisions.

 Lachance writes that people who are influenced by others rarely experience happiness - or success.  But how do you stop giving rent-free space in your brain to others?  It takes effort to think for yourself.  First of all, you need to know your goals and gather all the information on the subjects that you can learn.  Next, you need to be flexible in most matters and determined to be tough on others.  After all, you have to practice the art over and over again.  Over time, you will find that you can use your intelligence more easily and confidently.

   2. Hire talented professionals and let them do their jobs.

   Almost all of us were under the control of a boss who couldn't delegate.  As can be seen from a  previous article, nearly 60% of workers admit they had the kind of managers who just couldn't let go.  So, even if you pretend you're never micromanaging, you'll be surprised how quickly you can change your mind. For example, at the first sign of danger to your business, you may want to step in and take the lead.  After all, you assume that your employees, even the top performers you respect and admire, may not have the same passion as you.  You are wrong here.  When you empower and trust the people you put on the payroll, you have a better chance of making it through the ups and downs. Do you find it difficult to sit down and watch when you feel like you have to do something?  You can bet on it.  However, your business will be successful if you act like a mentor rather than an ogre.  If you don't know how to adopt a coaching mindset, Gallup has a few ideas.  This includes continuous feedback, explaining why something needs to be done, and handing over responsibility for projects.  Over time, your co-workers and colleagues will appreciate your trust and many will exceed your expectations.

   3. Take care of your physical and mental health.

   Burnout is a real problem, especially among entrepreneurs and property owners.  A Wall Street Journal article written in early 2021 suggests that around a third of workers are or have suffered from the disease.  You cannot afford to go so far that you are completely exhausted from your post. Remember, however, that burnout isn't just a stressful few days or weeks.  It's a persistent and nagging state that manifests itself differently in different people.  Some people get incredibly depressed.  Others simply "check".  Many find it difficult to check off even the most mundane items on their daily to-do lists. As a founder, you will certainly be a very busy person.  However, this does not give you a license to destroy your health.  And when your team sees that you never take a day off, they get scared - should they do the same?  Are you modelling the behaviours that you expect them to do?  This can lead to serious communication disruptions in your company. Hence, it is best to work hard but serve your health.  The most important staples for good health that you shouldn't ignore are healthy eating, good sleep, and exercise.  Take a family vacation.  You'll be more rested and ready when you get back to work.

   4. Look for the silver lining.


   Mistakes happen.  Some are small.  Some are fat.  Some are overwhelming.  Once they happen, you can't change the past.  There are lessons to be learned from this, however.  You can also use it as a learning moment to help your team members make different decisions in the future. Don't worry: you don't have to wear pink glasses or do your best Pollyanna knockoff.  It is reasonable to get shot down by mistake.  You can show your disappointment and anger.  The trick is not to get involved. When bad things happen, cover them, then do a retrospective.  Follow the principles of agile project management that encourage constant review of everything.  And never assume that what appears to be a failure today does not turn into an "Aha!"  Tomorrow. Most successful business people can talk about a long series of failures from their past. Their ability to go beyond flashbacks has helped them achieve their goals and be successful.

   5. Establish a strong and well-defined work culture.

   When you build a business from your vision, you have the rare opportunity to create the culture you want.  Unfortunately, many entrepreneurs simply assume that culture will build itself.  It will, but it probably won't be the nirvana you imagined when you first opened your doors.  Employers around the world are struggling to find and retain superstars today.  A strong and attractive corporate culture will help you find and attract the best candidates.  But what the culture looks like is of course up to you and perhaps the members of your leadership team.  Still, you should know that recent studies show that almost half of all professionals want to work in a place where they can be themselves. Are you worried that your culture is already entering toxic terrain?  You can exit a dive quickly.  Start by gathering feedback from current members of your team.  Find out what they think of their work environment.  Then use their answers to make improvements.  Success is almost impossible if your employees don't want to come into the office or log on to their computers.  On the other hand, if your culture is compelling, your reps will rave about it online with customers and their friends.

   6. Do the right thing for your customers.

   The customer doesn't always have to be right for the customer to do you "right".  You couldn't stay in business without customers.  Treat your buyers like gold.  Anticipate their needs.  Smooth out your cumbersome sales processes.  Create special loyalty programs. Do you need the inspiration to increase your customer focus?  A few years ago, Forbes put together an article about 100 companies that provide decent customer service every time.  The list reads like a who's who of successful brands: Warby Parker.  Best to buy.  Hilton.  Either way, the company has put a lot of time and effort into attracting end-to-end buyers. Be honest with yourself: are your interactions with your customers as impressive as they could be?  Do your team members have the authority to make decisions (within financial and operational parameters) to serve customers?  Improvements will take your organization far.  Who knows?  The next time you've filled out a list of 100, your company might be on it.

   7. Keep perfecting yourself.

   You started a business because you were an expert at something.  Manufacture of bicycles.  Digital marketing.  Veterinary medicine.  While you will have to drive hard to become an expert in your industry, you can't be afraid to branch out.  Diversification keeps you agile.  It can also reveal ways in which you can grow your business in exciting ways. Imagine someone who started a business in 2000 and refused to learn about social media or online advertising.  This person would not run a successful business.  So try to stay up to date on the latest aspects of the business.  While you don't need to be up-to-date about everything, you do need to familiarize yourself with new technology, competitor news, and the possibilities.

  Of course, one should keep perfecting and perfecting oneself.  Instead, make learning a team sport by coaching your team.  Employees appreciate being paid to develop their skills and write their resumes.  With the experience you have gained, you can bring concepts to the table and increase the dynamism of your brand. Success can't just happen to everyone.  It's at your fingertips.  All you have to do is stretch a little to grab it and bring it to you and your business.
